About Me

I've been a licensed Realtor since 2005, earning my professional designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute, 2008), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, 2008), and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, 2010). In 2019, I furthered my professional education by completing the 24 hour Indiana Managing Broker Course. My professional experience to date includes closing over 400 transaction sides totaling more than $52 million in production volume. What I most enjoy about the real estate profession is working with a first time homebuyer who needs the careful guidance and understanding of the home buying process. My favorite step in the real estate transaction is the negotiating phase; talking through the strategy of getting an accepted offer or inspection response, anticipating the other party's reply, and evaluating the expectations that follow. All of this I do for the love and support of my wife Suzanne of 25 years, my daughter Savannah a nurse at Riley Children's Hospital, my son Samuel a student at IUPUI, my son Spencer a student at Taylor University, and my son Simon a junior in high school. I am very thankful to serve on the IMPACT Team at Emmanuel Church. In my free time, I enjoy working as a Development Coach with the DistinXion CHAMPIONS boys basketball program.
